Josephine coaches clients worldwide. Her career coaching addresses long term career development as well as transitioning between jobs. Her corporate training focuses on leadership and communication styles. She received her Executive and Personal coaching certification from New York University. She is past President for the Long Island Coaching Alliance (LICA) a local chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She is a certified New York State Board of Education mentor and has served on multiple association boards, including Alliance for Women in Media (AWM-NYC). She is also a recipient of the Women in Toys “Wonder Woman Award,” recognized for making a lasting impact in the licensing industry.
For over a decade, she worked at Paramount Global, most recently serving as Vice President of Creative Operations for Consumer Products. Prior to that, she worked for Lifetime Television as Director of Production for the Advertising & Promotion department, where she earned both Gracie and Promax awards for her work.
Before joining Lifetime, she worked behind the scenes at All My Children on ABC Daytime.
An honors graduate and magna cum laude recipient from Syracuse University, she earned a dual major in Broadcast Journalism from the prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and Political Science, along with a minor in Psychology. She also received the prestigious Syracuse Press Club Award for her reporting work at WAER Syracuse Public Media.

Most recently, she facilitated a program for Women’s Entertainment, the ‘WE’ television network, focused on goal setting and decision-making. A regular speaker invited to colleges and universities, such as the Fashion Institute of Technology and The New School in Manhattan, Josephine has coached Advertising, Promotions, and Communications students on entering the industry effectively. she has also been invited to sit and moderate panels offering college students and recent graduates guidance on career strategy, positioning, and professional readiness.
Television and Production Background
Josephine served as Director of Production for Lifetime Television’s Advertising and Promotions Division. She also worked behind the scenes at ABC Daytime’s All My Children, gaining valuable experience in series production. She brings hands-on knowledge of production, project management, marketing and creative operations, across major well known entertainment brands. She has an understanding of cross functional corporate environments as well as documentary and live sports. Her broad knowledge serves her clients well in understanding the required skill set requirements.

Josephine is a Syracuse University honors graduate with dual major concentrations in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science with a minor in Psychology. Graduating as Magna Cum Laude from both the esteemed S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, and The College of Arts and Sciences, she holds multiple academic honors and received a Syracuse Press Club Award for journalism. Josephine received her coaching training from New York University and has held leadership roles in both professional coaching and media organizations.
